Hi there, I’m Kristen
I am a registered dietitian who is passionate about nutrition as preventative care. After years of working with patient with end stage disease, I am excited to be able to make nutrition care available in a 1:1 setting that allows you to learn what you can do to take care of your health now.

What to expect during your 1:1 visits
During your first visit, expect to meet for approximately 55 minutes. We will get to know each other and discuss your nutrition goals. We will review your medical history, and your blood test results if available and come up with a game plan to help you get started on improving your health.
Follow up visits are usually between 45 and 55 minutes. During your follow up visits, we will discuss your progress and make adjustments if you feel something is not working for you. We will discuss meal planning, exercise and stress management to help you build healthy habits.
Working with me is not another “30 day fix”, that hasn’t worked for you in the past. I provide ongoing support to help you build habits that you can sustain even while life gets busy. Preventative nutrition is a lifestyle created to help keep you healthy.
